Condition

The canvas has an old relining. The paint surface is generally secure, under a thick varnish, but a little abraded. Inspection under UV light reveals retouchings scattered throughout, particularly in the hair and details of the armour. There appear to be two horizontaly restored tears to the upper right corner of aprox. 10 cm. each. Offered in an elaborate plaster and wood frame.
