Condition

The cavas has a fairly old relining. The paint surface is largely secure with a few scattered restored tears and surface scratches in teh background areas. There are scattered discoloured retouchings throughout, particularly prominent in the sky. The paiinting would benefit from a clean. Offered in a wood and plaster gilt frame in good condition.
