- bears inscription in pen and brown ink on the back of the mount: C. Ennemond alexandre Petitot No. 27, and the same attribution on a small label on the front of the mount.

Laid down on an old mount. Various creases, top right corner, bottom left corner; some surface wear, small area of loss to right of horses' hooves at right side.
