Condition

Unframed. Overall, the condition is not particularly good. The sheet is rather abraded at the edges, with small losses along the right and upper edges. Also an area of damage to the lower centre of the left edge, and a small tear to the right of the man's chest, both repaired. The paper has browned somewhat, and there are some isolated light brown stains and foxing.
