Provenance

Acquis par la propriétaire actuelle dans les années 1960.

Condition

Original canvas. Very thick vernis so it is difficult to see whether they are repaints under the UV light. The signature doesn't appaear under the UV light however it looks like it has been strenghtened over a hardly legible Osw- Adenbach signature. There seems to be some old repaints but they are hardly visible under the UV light. A very few small lacks scattered on the surface. The painting itself is slightly darker than on the illustration.
