Condition
Both the painting and canvas are in overall good condition. The canvas is clear and taut.
Examination under ultraviolet light reveals no evidence of retouching. The paint layers are stable and intact.
The colours of the catalogue illustration are close except for the fruits that are more 'lemony yellow' and not as reddish in reality.
