Condition
The painting appears to be in good condition with a clear and taut canvas and a stable, intact surface. Paint layers and impastos are intact and there is no sign of retouching upon examination with ultraviolet light.
The colours of the catalogue illustration are quite accurate, except that the actual painting is much brighter and blue is stronger in reality.
