James Struthers (born c.1770, deceased 1807) was Minister of the 'Relief' Congregation, College Street, Edinburgh, and in 1799 Moderator of the 'Relief' Synod. This medallion is listed by J.M.Gray, op.cit., no.375.
It is indistinctly inscribed in ink on the reverse of the frame.
