Description
- Framed: (33cm. high, 44.5cm. wide; 1ft. 1in., 1ft. 5. 1/2 in.); Textile visible: (18.5cm. high, 28cm. wide; 7in., 11in.)
worked in polychrome silk threads and silver threads on canvas with single flowers, including carnations, marigolds, lilies, pansies, daisies, cornflowers, strawberry flowers and berries and fruiting vine, interspersed with insects including butterflies and caterpillars, some areas 'pounched' and unworked, now mounted in a later giltwood and glazed frame
