the needlework panel worked in polychrome silk and wool in tent stitch, with orange and pink flowerheads and evidence of blue ribbon ties, mounted in an associated carved walnut frame carved wtih acanthus leaves and vine-leaves and tendrils, with narrow inner and outer foliate bands, now glazed
