worked in polychrome silk and wool in gros and petit point with a central figure looking over a table laid with food within a garden, with an attendant carrying a tray of further delicacies and another drawing wine from a cask, a musician standing playing to one side and others play from architectural balconies, with distant trees and buildings, all within a narrow banded surround with elaborate scrolls and foliage, on a dark brown ground; now mounted within a later giltwood and glazed frame
