Of floral design, the ring set with a circular-cut alexandrite weighing 2.59 carats, within an openwork coiled surround of brilliant-cut diamonds; accompanied by a pair of ear clips en suite, the alexandrites altogether weighing approximately 4.10 carats, clip and collapsible post fittings; the diamonds altogether weighing approximately 2.00 carats, mounted in platinum. (2)
Condition
Colour and Clarity: According to the Gubelin report, the 2.59 carat alexandrite is natural, of Brazilian origin, displaying a pronounced colour-change from bluish-green (daylight) to purple (incandescent light). Please refer to the report for details. The other two alexandrites in our opinion are of matching colours, displaying pronounced colour-change, and probably of the same origin. All three alexandrites are perfectly matched and very clean. The alexandrite on the ring has a small inclusion close to pavilion under 10x loupe. Small diamonds are generally of F to G colours, VS clarity.
Condition: Pretty design with delicate mount, in mint condition.
