Each centring on an oval cabochon star sapphire altogether weighing approximately 70.45 carats, bordered by pavé-set circular-cut sapphires, joined by similarly-set curved bars and terminals, mounted in platinum, 18 karat white and blackened gold.

Colour and Clarity: In our opinion, the two star sapphires are of medium blue colour, semi-transparent with silky inclusions and minor colour zoning. Both display fine six-ray star under concentrated spot light. Other round sapphires set in the surround and bars are of medium dark, intense blue colour, eye clean with good brilliance. Condition: Very delicate setting with gemstones set throughout the mounting, suggest to handle with care, in mint condition.
