Of foliage design, each composed of six cushion-shaped rubies centring on an oval ruby altogether weighing approximately 14.39 carats, embellished by brilliant-cut and trilliant diamonds, supported by a baguette diamond stem, the diamonds altogether weighing 2.30 carats, mounted in 18 karat white gold, clip and retractable post fittings.
Condition
Colour and Clarity: According to GRS report, all oval rubies are natural, of Burmese origin, with no indication of thermal treatment. Please refer to the report for details. In our opinion, the rubies are of medium to medium dark, strong, slightly purplish red colour, eye clean. Under 10x loupe, there are only about five rubies showing some minor natural inclusions, and most of the rest appear clean. Diamonds are probably of G to H colours, VS clarity. Earclips with retractable ear pins to the back.
Condition: Elegant pair of earclips, in mint condition.
In response to your inquiry, we are pleased to provide you with a general report of the condition of the property described above. Since we are not professional conservators or restorers, we urge you to consult with a restorer or conservator of your choice who will be better able to provide a detailed, professional report. Prospective purchasers are reminded that, unless the catalogue description specifically states that a stone is natural, we have assumed that some form of treatment may have been used and that such treatment may not be permanent. Our presale estimates reflect this assumption.
