Description
- Buddha approximately 32.55 x 16.03 x 6.20mm.
The translucent jadeite of bright green colour carved as a laughing Buddha in standing pose, holding a peach signifying longevity, surmounted by a diamond-set nimbus and a pear-shaped rose-cut diamond, mounted in 18 karat white gold, accompanied by an 18 karat white gold chain, length approximately 400mm.
Condition
Colour and Clarity: In our opinion, the jadeite 'Buddha' is of very rich apple green colour, in fine translucency. Under close and careful inspection, there is some minor white clouds and a few dark spots. In our opinion, the jadeite 'Buddha' has a serene face and of good proportion and thickness. Both the rose-cut and brilliant-cut diamonds are of F to G colours, VS clarity, together weighing approximately 0.40 carat.
Condition: A classic jadeite pendant, in mint condition.
