SAPPHIRE AND DIAMOND NECKLACE

Centring on a heart-shaped sapphire weighing approximately 18.95 carats, framed by brilliant-cut diamonds, completed by a double row necklace set with brilliant-cut diamonds accented by smaller heart-shaped sapphires, the diamonds together weighing approximately 26.00 carats, mounted in 18 karat yellow gold, length approximately 410mm.

Colour and Clarity: In our opinion, the hear-shaped sapphire is of medium to medium dark, intense blue colour, very clean, with nice brilliance. Under 10x loupe, there is no noticeable inclusion, but only minor surface abrasions along some facet junctions, not seen to naked eyes. Other smaller sapphires are of similar quality. Diamonds are probably of H to I colours, VVS to VS clarity, brilliant stones. Condition: Minor signs of wear, otherwise in very good condition.
