Description
- Peach approximately 38.20 x 30.90 x 7.80mm.
The highly translucent intense emerald green jadeite carved as a peach with curling vines, graceful tendrils and two bats atop, one with wings trailing coins, and a flying bat to the reverse, symbolising 'happiness right before one's eyes', surmounted by marquise-, pear-shaped and brilliant-cut diamonds, accompanied by an 18 karat white gold twisted chain, length approximately 510mm.
Condition
Colour and Clarity: In our opinion, the jadeite peach is of rich emerald green colour, in very good translucency which appears almost semi-transparent. Under illumination, there are some white and dark inclusions, but generally not noticeable from distance or when worn. In our opinion, this combination of intense hue and fine translucency is very rare. Diamonds are probably of F to G colours, VS to SI1 clarity. Accompanied by a karat gold chain.
Condition: Fine craftsmanship presenting auspicious meanings, peach with bat and coins implies longevity, fortune and wealth, in very good condition.
