Centring on an antique cushion-shaped mix-cut orangy pink sapphire weighing approximately 7.07 carats, set on a circular-cut pink diamond-set mount, embellished by a surround of loosely interlaced strands of brilliant-cut diamonds, the diamonds together weighing approximately 1.00 carat, mounted in 18 karat white and pink gold.
Condition
Colour and Clarity: According to SSEF report, the padparadscha is natural, with no indication of heating. Please refer to the report for details. In our opinion, the padparadscha is of medium light orangy pink colour, clean to naked eyes. Under 10x loupe, there are natural fingerprints and crystal inclusions close to one side and a tiny nick on the crown next to a claw, which are not noticeable to naked eyes in normal distance or when worn. Pink diamonds in the surround are probably of light to medium saturation and other diamonds are of G to H colours, overall of VS to SI clarity.
Condition: Fancy mounting, in very good condition.
