Description
- Interior diameter and thickness of hoops on earrings approximately 17.72 x 4.08mm respectively; cabochons approximately 10.73 x 9.15 x 4.85mm and 10.79 x 9.15 x 5.20mm; and plaques approximately 6.94 x 5.53 x 3.00mm. Cabochon on ring approximately 14.48 x 11.94 x 8.50mm.
The pair of earrings each set with a highly translucent icy jadeite hoop, surmounted by an oval icy jadeite cabochon of matching colour and translucency, suspending a rich emerald green concave rectangular jadeite plaque of fine translucency, enhanced by brilliant-cut diamonds; the ring centring on a highly translucent oval icy jadeite cabochon, surrounded by highly translucent jadeite cabochons of rich emerald green colour, accented by brilliant-cut diamonds, to a diamond-set split shank; mounted in 18 karat white gold. Condition
Colour and Clarity: In our opinion, all icy jadeite cabochons and loops set in the suite are of very fine translucency to almost semi-transparent. The large icy jadeite cabochon set on the ring has particularly fine texture, giving a soft internal glow in normal illumination. Two smaller cabochons and the loops set on earrings appear slightly cloudy against strong illumination, but not seen when worn. Tiny jadeite cabochons set on ring and two concaved jadeite plaques on earrings are of fine translucent, intense emerald green colour. Diamonds are probably of F to G colours, VS clarity.
Condition: Both in mint condition.
