Description
With stepped corners and central hinged clasp, composed of two segments, the first set on the front with 30 French-cut diamonds weighing approximately 2.50 carats, 116 old European-cut diamonds weighing approximately 6.30 carats and 24 baguette diamonds weighing approximately 1.20 carats, further decorated with 26 French-cut rubies, signed Trabert & Hoeffer, Inc., the second segment decorated at the borders in a scale-like pattern.
Condition
The rubies are a medium to deep red color and are of good clarity. The diamonds are approximately G-I color and VS-SI clarity. Signed Trabert & Hoeffer, Inc. on reverse of gem-set purse frame. In good condition.
