Catalogue Note
The firm of Drayson was located on Bond Street in London. Founded in the mid 1930s, their earliest designs were inspired by jewels of the Art Deco period but in the following decades had evolved into bold, abstract creations reflecting the changing times. Always elegant and innovative, signed pieces by Drayson are rare.
