The flowerhead of domed form set in the center with a cluster of pear-shaped diamonds, the petals set with baguettes edged in small round pavé-set diamonds, completed by pear-shaped and baguette diamond leaves, altogether weighing a total of approximately 44.00 carats, mounted in 18 karat white gold, 1 small round diamond missing.
