Gold, cultured and freshwater pearl and diamond necklace/bracelet combination

Composed of two tubular segments of gold chains twisting to form torsades as well as with a white cultured pearl torsade and a white freshwater pearl torsade, each of the pearl segments decorated at either end with platinum and diamond foliate caps, together with two diamond-set hinged clasps of arched form, altogether set with numerous round diamonds weighing approximately 13.50 carats, mounted in gold and platinum, segments are interchangeable and may be worn together as a necklace or separately as bracelets, gold segments 7 inches long, pearl segments approximately 7½ inches long.
