Rubellite, colored stone and diamond pendant-necklace

The oval rubellite plaque decorated with an abstract underwater motif designed as tendrils of small round green garnets radiating from an oval of full rose-cut diamonds and round pink sapphires, surmounted by a pink sapphire pendant loop, suspended from a black silk cord with pavé-set diamond fittings, mounted in 18 karat white gold, length approximately 17 inches, maker's mark for Michael Youssoufian.
