Description
Each centring on a stylised flower motif, composed of an oval pink sapphire with sapphire petals set with variously-cut cabochons, bordered by brilliant-cut and baguette diamonds, mounted in yellow gold, signed Bulgari and numbered, French assay and indistinct maker's marks; and a brooch designed as a pair of flowerheads pavé-set with brilliant-cut diamonds, further embellished with circular-cut, pear- and marquise-shaped rubies and oval sapphires, mounted in white and yellow gold.
Condition
All stamped 750 for 18 carat gold, earclips with French assay marks for 18 karat gold. Earclips each numbered 9978 to inside of clip. Brooch with undefined maker's mark.
All sapphires and rubies of a vibrant colour, not tested for origin. Typical inclusions only visible under 10x magnification. Rubies of the brooch more of a pinkish red colour than depicted in the catalogue. Total diamond weight approximately 9.00-10.00 carats of a lively quality. With strong clips to the earrings and a double pin to the reverse of the brooch. Overall in good condition, some normal signs of wear.
