Each gem-set pendant, portraying a Tale of La Fontaine, pavé-set throughout with brilliant-cut diamonds, the rectangular plaque depicting the tale of  " the Crow and the Fox " and the octagonal plaque depicting the tale of  " the Fox and Stork ", mounted in platinum.
