Catalogue Note

Crusius was professor of Greek at Tübingen between 1559 and 1607. He corresponded with a number of Greeks in Constantinople and his Turcograeciae is a valuable witness to the life of the Byzantine Greeks under Turkish domination. The appendix is not present in this copy.
