Condition

The canvas is unlined and well stretched. Under ultraviolet light there is no evidence of inpainting. There is slight craquelure and scuffing along the edges consistent with frame abrasions. There are also several fine lines of craquelure in the lower right corner and a horizontal crack along the lower edge that measures approximately 10 in long. There are also two 2 in. diagonal cracks on the left side of the right face and a series of small vertical cracks below the left face. Overall the surface appears to be in stable condition
