Condition
This painting has been quite recently restored and although it may be slightly dirty, it is ready to be hung in its current state. The canvas has been lined. The lining is supporting the surface well and while it is reversible, we see no reason to change this element of the restoration.
Under ultraviolet light no restorations are immediately noticeable and there are most likely no restorations. In the center of the left side, a very bright green fluorescent patch is noticeable under ultraviolet light however it appears not to relate to any retouches. The painting may well brighten slightly if cleaned yet essentially the picture is in very good state.
