Condition
The right and left sides of the sheet have deckled edges. There are pinholes in the upper right corner. Under ultraviolet light there is evidence of scattered inpainting especially I the white areas of the houses centering mostly on the lowest row. There is craquelure throughout the work which corresponds to the areas that have been retouched. There are a few flecks of paint loss in the windows of the upper row of houses. There are scattered frame abrasions along the top edge.
