Condition
Canvas not lined. The surface is in good condition but with very yellowed varnish. The signature is partially incised in the varnish at upper right, below the painted signature, possibly by another hand. Under UV light: inpainting to the background, to both cheeks and upper lip, large areas on the white scarf and extensive inpainting on the red dress.
