Condition
Cradled panel. A repaired horizontal split in panel across the center. Surface: some former flaking in the sky has been visibly retouched; the paint has lifted at some point but has been flattened and stabilized, although some spots remain raised; craquelure throughout. Under UV light: inpainting to the split across the center and to address the flaking in the sky at upper right; some other scattered areas of retouching in the upper half and at lower right quadrant.
