the cartouche-form backplate applied with a menorah enclosed by columns and surmounted by two lions flanking an elaborate crown and deer form finial, fronted below by a rectangular base fitted with palm trees, two deer, two cockerels and a central eagle perched on a sphere and eight candle holders supported by eagles, set on four leafy and ball supports, later metal servant light, marked on backplate with maker, double-eagle and stirrup mark

2 holes near top of back plate, probably where screw had been previously attached, oil fonts lack wick holders, as noted re: servant light, otherwise good condition
