Description
Comprising: a necklace designed as a series of quatrefoil-shaped links, applied at intervals with geometric motifs centring on an oval cabochon sapphire within surrounds of circular- and single-cut diamonds, length approximately 400mm; accompanied by a bracelet of similar design, length approximately 190mm.
Condition
Necklace: Stamped 750 for 18 carat gold to tongue of clasp. Weight approximately 42.2 grams. Estimated total diamond weight approximately 0.6 carat, bright and lively stones. Cabochon sapphires of slight violetish-blue hue, moderate to strong saturation of colour. Evidence of lead solder to clasp, possibly indicating more recent addition of safety clip. Small signs of scratching to polished surfaces. In good condition.
Bracelet: Stamped 18KT and 750 to reverse of tongue and clasp for 18 carat gold. Weight approximately 22.5 grams. Estimated total diamond weight approximately 0.9-1.0 carat, bright and lively stones. Cabochon sapphires of slight violetish-blue hue, moderate to strong saturation of colour. Typical inclusions visible under 10x magnification. Small signs of scratching to polished surfaces. Safety clip to side of clasp. In good condition.
