Of quatrefoil design set to the centre with a half-pearl within an open work surround of white and black enamel scrolls and green enamel leaves, the cardinal points applied with pearl detail, together with a pendant cross of Latin design set with lasqué-cut diamonds, inscribed to the reverse, Catherine Saint Mary, part illustrated.
