- 52.5cm., 20 3/4 in.
of rectangular section raised on four leaf-shaped feet, decorated in iro-e takazogan with a shaped panel showing a parrot on a perch beside a basket of peonies, the reverse with a panel of cranes above cherry blossoms and peonies, all reserved on diaper designs in gold and silver honzogan, the sides with shaped panels of flowers on a karakusa ground, the shoulders with two angled handles, the shallow domed cover pierced with insects and dragons and surmounted by an inlaid bronze figure of Kannon
