  • the prints, each approx., 33.7 by 23cm., 13 1/4 by 9 1/16., the books, 16.6 by 21.5 to 31.5 by 37.5cm., 6 1/2 by 8 1/2 to 12 3/8 by 14 3/4 in.
the album includes 5 prints from the series Izashiranami goshiki no tachisome series by Kunichika, 5 sheets from Yoshitoshi's Kinsei jinbutsushi, series, 3 from the Tokaido gojusantsugi no uchi series, variously signed and published; the ehon includes Meiji editions of Hokusai's Manga vol.2 and 2 vols. of Ryakuga hayamanabi; 1 vol. of Hyakucho shofu by Bairei, another vol. mounted with illustrations of kacho-ga entitled Taisei Shinshafu by Kondo Hidemichi, written by Nambara Keisho and published by Shibakawa Matauemon of Osaka; 1 vol. entitled Shinsen Kodai Moyo Kagami, with templates for brocade designs, published by Okura Magobei, 2 vols. entitled ehon Takoki by Yoshitora and another depicting the story of Hideyoshi avenging the death of Nobunaga, as well as a map of Sagami and Musashi, dated Meiji 12 [1879], and other miscellaneous books including a fairy tale of Shitakirisuzume
