Minor undulations to paper surface. Light staining to paper, visible from re-mounting. Specs of dirt inherent to nature of the paper. As viewed.

Hebbar's solo exhibition in 1949 was reviewed by the Times of India on 1st September, 1949. Special acknowledgment was made of the drawings in the exhibition that included the current lot, 'many of which are inspired by Khajurao sculpture, and particularly ... the gay little "Elephant Frieze" (55)'.
