Condition

Fair condition. Not laid down; hinged to board at top two corners and lower center edge; mat stains visible at four edges. There are numerous small tears and losses around the edges. The work has been time darkened overall. There are pin dots of foxing throughout. There is a hard crease extending from the upper center edge through the man's hand; a few other scattered creases; a thin line of staining or rubbing across the center of the woman's skirt.
