Condition
The canvas is not lined and there are no signs of retouching visible under UV light. There are areas and spots of paint loss throughout the surface and three lines of paint loss to the top right quadrant and centre left below the figure's arm. There is possibly very old retouching to some areas of these lines, visible under magnification but not under UV light. Apart from a stretcher mark running horizontally across the centre of the canvas, this work is in fair condition.
