Condition

The panel is stable. There are artist's pinholes in all four corners of the work. There is a horizontal line of craquelure towards the bottom of the left hand edge. There is a pinhead sized spot of paint loss to the left of the figure's head and minor spots of dirt scattered intermittently across the composition. Ultra violet light reveals very few spots of retouching to the upper left and upper right corner, otherwise this work is in good original condition.
