- length 34mm.
• cal. 23-300 circular nickel lever movement stamped twice with the seal of Geneva, free-sprung Gyromax balance, 18 jewels, adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions • circular blue dial, applied gold baton indexes • 18k gold rectangular curved case, chamfered brushed bezel, circular snap back • case, dial and movement signed • with an 18k gold Patek Philippe buckle
Condition
The movement is running, however it may require service soon. The dial is very clean with no visible marks or scuffs. The case has developed a warm patina and bears some light wear throughout, with some scuffs on the case back and a ding to the back of the bezel. The Patek Philippe strap is calf.

Ref. 3557 was produced from approximately 1964 until 1971. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first time the present example has been offered at auction.
