Catalogue Note

Accompanied by a Certificate of Origin dated November 5, 1999 and an Extract from the Archives confirming production in 1999 and sale on August 18th of that year. Together with a Patek Philippe leather folder and fitted presentation box.

A variation on the classic Calatrava shape, Reference 5026 was manufactured from 1997 until 2002. The present lot belongs to the second series of this model, which was fitted with the remarkably thin automatic movement calibre 240-151 and has a power reserve of 48 hours.

According to our research, the present example is one of fewer than ten examples of Ref. 5026 in pink gold to appear at auction. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first time the present lot has been offered at auction.
