• cal. 215HG circular nickel lever movement stamped with the seal of Geneva, free-sprung Gyromax balance, 18 jewels, adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions • silvered dial, Breguet numerals to outer minute track, aperture at 12 o'clock for jump hour, single blued steel Breguet hand • 18k pink gold tonneau case, chamfered bezel, factory-engraved case back • case, dial and movement signed • with an 18k pink gold Patek Philippe buckle
Condition
Further accompanied by a Patek Philippe tie tag. The Extract confirms the Breguet numerals, minute track, and engraving to the case back.
The movement is running, however it may require service soon. The dial is very clean with no visible imperfections. The case shows only light shop wear and appears to be virtually unworn. Overall a very elegant and attractive watch.

Accompanied by an Extract from the Archives confirming production in 1989 and sale on December 7th of that year. Together with City of Geneva Controle office certificate, Patek Philippe commemorative medal and booklets, all within a leather folder, fitted presentation box and outer packaging.
Ref. 3969 was launched in a limited series of 500 pieces in 1989 to commemorate the 150th Jubilee anniversary of Patek Philippe. In total, 450 pieces were made in pink gold and 50 pieces were made in platinum. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first time the present lot has been offered at auction.
