The movement is running, however it may require service soon. The numbers on the movement are 242421 and the numbers on the outside of the case are 077959, which corresponded to the original movement number. The present movement is a replacement to the original, however it was produced by LeCoultre and is cal. 426, and is from a similar time period as the watch. The dial is clean with some light spots and it is possible that it has been reprinted, however it looks very nice. The case is lightly polished and bears general wear. The French stamps are rubbed. The diamonds are approx. G-H color; VS-SI clarity. Some of the single-cuts bearing chips and abrasions.
