18k, damascened nickel lever movement, 18 jewels, mono-metallic balance, adjusted to 5 positions, coral dial, applied diamond markers on the quarters, gold heart-shaped case with diamonds set on the top, T-bar lugs, case, dial and movement signed, with a gold plated IWC buckle, accompanied by an IWC Extract from the Archives and presentation case

The accompanying extract from the IWC archives confirms that this watch was sold on December 4th, 1978. Also a letter from IWC confirming only 6 pieces manufactured.
