Reference 3580 was launched in 1972-73 and was produced until 1980. It is the only steel wristwatch with back winder made by Patek Philippe. The model was made in two series, the first with movement calibre 350, the second with calibre 1-350. Only four examples of the reference in steel are known, of which two are from the first series.
