Larry Bird 1980's Boston Celtics Warm-Up Jacket

Larry Bird's work ethic, determination and desire were the trademarks of the Celtics teams he led during the 1980's.  His competitive, fiery nature demanded excellence from himself and from his teammates. The Celtics teams of the 1980's were wildly successful winning NBA Championships in 1980-81, 1983-84 and 1985-86 and Bird himself claimed three MVP awards. This Boston Celtics home warm up jacket was worn by Boston Celtics of  Hall of Famer Larry Bird during the 1980's. On the inside of the jacket, behind the snaps, is the "Sand-Knit" tagging with the size "46." Next to this is the "Sand-Knit" exclusive label with the recently retired player number "33" done in black magic marker. Across the front of the jacket is the name "Celtics" in green on gold ironed on letters. On the back is a green snap-on nameplate with the name "Bird" in white tackle twill. Above this is Bird’s autograph (9/10). On each sleeve is the Celtics' ironed-on shamrock. The warm-up jacket shows wear and has no alterations of any kind. LOAs from MEARS (A10) and Grey Flannel.
