Spanning from 1927 to 1975 the subject matter of this correspondence lot ranges from congratulations to Casey on Championship victories and induction into the Hall of Fame to "get well" wishes from "Bob" Kennedy after Casey had a car accident. The majority include quality baseball content. Typed letter signed including: Richard Nixon (autopen), Robert Kennedy, Warren Giles, Gene Autry, J.A Hillerich (1927), Yogi Berra, Jerry Coleman, Hubert H. Humphrey, Mitsuo Tanaka, Nobusuke Kishi (Japanese Prime Minister), Billy Martin, A.B. Chandler, Jacob Ruppert (1938), Bowie Kuhn, Walter O'Malley, Tom Yawkey, and famed Notre Dame coach Frank Leahy. Handwritten letters include: Lee MacPhail and Red Barber.
