Description

One of the games great forwards, Karl Malone collected two regular-season MVP Awards, 11 NBA First Team nominations and was also selected to the NBA All-Defensive Team three times. He scored 36,928 points (25.0 per game), second best all-time, on remarkable .516 shooting. A very physical player, Malone’s ability to draw contact from defenders helped him become the NBA leader in free throws made seven separate seasons (an NBA record). This Utah Jazz home mesh jersey was worn by Karl Malone during the 1996-97 NBA Finals against Michael Jordan and his Chicago Bulls. On the left tail is the "Champion" label with the year “96 97”, size "50." On the inside left side is the "Champion" label with the size "50" and under this is the "6" extra length" tag. The exclusive NBA Finals patch has been added to the upper left. Malone’s player number "32" appears on both the front and back of the jersey in gold on white ironed on numbers. The jersey shows light wear, typical of a Finals jersey. In 1996 Malone was named as one of the NBA’s 50 Greatest Players. LOAs from MEARS (A5) and Grey Flannel.
